About Us

Independently Owned Inspection Software Built Around Your Business

InspectArm grew from years of helping home inspection companies attract clients and manage business growth. We saw how much work goes into every inspection, from the initial inquiry to the final report, payment, and follow-up.

We built independently owned inspection software to connect those steps, with inspector control and home inspection data privacy at the center of our approach.

Our Story Started With Home Inspection Marketing

InspectArm was created by Oamii, a digital marketing agency based in West Palm Beach, Florida, that works primarily with home inspection companies.

As a certified Google Partner, Oamii has managed more than a million dollars in advertising for inspection clients. That work gave us a close view of what happens after marketing generates an inquiry.

An appointment might be booked, but the process could still slow down. A report needed follow-up. An agent called for an update. An invoice remained unpaid. A review request was postponed after a long day.

We had already built OamiiCRM, ChatArm, and ReviewArm to support lead management, customer conversations, and reputation. InspectArm became the next part of that system: a way to keep the inspection itself and its supporting work connected.

Our experience shaped the purpose of our independently owned inspection software: help inspection companies manage the work they win and maintain the relationships behind it.

We Focus on the Work Around the Inspection

Inspecting a property requires attention and professional judgment. Managing the business adds another set of responsibilities.

Booking details need to reach the right inspector. Agreements need signatures. Findings need to become a clear report. Clients need updates, and payments need to be tracked.

When those tasks sit in separate systems, your team spends time moving information and checking what happened. Small administrative gaps can become part of every working day.

Our independently owned inspection software follows the job through scheduling, agreements, reporting, communication, and payment. The goal is a clearer process, with less repeated entry and fewer details to chase.

The Principles Behind the Platform

Field Reliability Comes First

Inspection work takes place in crawl spaces, attics, basements, and in properties with limited connectivity. Your reporting tools need to support those conditions.

InspectArm stores work on the device and synchronizes when a connection returns. Inspectors can see what has been saved locally, uploaded, and confirmed, helping them check their work before delivery.

Your Professional Language Stays Yours

Your templates and comment library reflect experience developed over many inspections. They deserve to remain under your control.

InspectArm helps you apply that knowledge consistently. Its assisted reporting selects from comments you have written and offers the option to review, edit, or reject suggestions. It supports your documentation while leaving professional judgment with you.

Your Client Relationships Belong to Your Business

Clients trust you to inspect a property and explain your findings. The software behind that service should respect the relationship.

We keep your portals and reports focused on your work, without introducing third-party offers to the people who hired you.

Our Commitment to Home Inspection Data Privacy

Home inspection data privacy involves more than where a report is stored. It also concerns how information is used, whether it is shared commercially, and whether you can take your records with you.

We have written four commitments into our terms of service so inspection companies have a clear statement of how we handle their information and client relationships.

Read Our Data Commitment

No Third-Party Marketing to Your Clients

We do not place home warranty offers, insurance quotes, security system promotions, contractor advertising, or other third-party marketing in your client portal or reports.

There is no setting you need to disable to keep those offers out.

No Pooling or Selling Your Business Data

Your inspection records, templates, comment library, and client list belong to your company.

We do not combine them with other companies’ information to create a shared dataset, and we do not sell them to third parties.

Open Exports When You Need Them

You can request your templates, comment libraries, historical reports, agreements, contacts, and financial records in open formats.

These exports are available without an export fee. If you decide to leave InspectArm, you can take the business information you built with you.

Independent Ownership

InspectArm is independently owned inspection software, with no insurance parent company or investment firm ownership.

Our focus is on serving inspection businesses through the software and services they choose, while keeping their client relationships their own.

How We Make Product Decisions

We build around the tasks inspection companies need to perform reliably. Field documentation, clear reports, accessible records, and inspector control guide our priorities.

As we develop our independently owned inspection software, we assess automation by how it supports the person doing the work. A useful tool should reduce repetitive steps while making it clear what happened and what still needs to be reviewed.

That approach also shapes how we use AI. In inspection reporting, it helps organize findings and select relevant comments from your library. You remain responsible for reviewing the content and deciding what belongs in the report.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Who created InspectArm?

InspectArm was created by Oamii, a digital marketing agency in West Palm Beach, Florida, that works primarily with home inspection companies. The platform grew out of the team’s experience helping businesses attract inquiries and manage what happens after booking.

  • What does independent ownership mean for InspectArm?

As an independently owned inspection software company, InspectArm has no insurance parent company or investment firm ownership. Its ownership structure sits alongside explicit commitments about client marketing, business data, and exports.

  • Why are your data commitments included in the terms of service?

We want home inspection data privacy commitments to be documented beyond this page. The terms set out our position on third-party marketing, data pooling and sales, and your ability to export business records.

  • Does InspectArm charge a fee to export my business records?

No. InspectArm provides exports in open formats upon request, with no fee. This includes your templates, comment libraries, historical reports, agreements, contacts, and financial records, whether you are keeping a backup or moving to another platform.

  • What experience influenced the platform’s design?

Our marketing work exposed the administrative gaps that can follow a successful inquiry: repeated data entry, delayed updates, missed follow-up, and disconnected billing. Those observations shaped a platform that keeps the job and its supporting information together.
